That said, we want every reader to feel cared for. If you run into a problem — a corrupted or broken file, a download link that will not work, or a duplicate charge — please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at tierraraizpress@gmail.com. We will make it right, whether that means re-sending your file, fixing the link, or issuing a refund where appropriate.
