Our workbooks are available as downloadable PDFs. Selected titles are also available in paperback through Amazon; availability is listed on each product page.
How do I receive my workbook?
For PDF editions, you will receive a download link after payment, with a copy sent to your email. Paperback orders are completed and delivered by Amazon.
Can I print it?
Yes. PDF editions may be printed for your own personal use. Paperback editions arrive as printed books.
Are the workbooks available in Spanish?
Many titles are available in both English and Spanish. Check the product title and description for the language.
Are these a replacement for therapy?
No. Our workbooks are psychoeducational tools for reflection and support. They are not therapy or medical advice, and they do not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified provider or your local emergency services.
Can I get a refund?
